This section applies when you use our railway information app through ChatGPT (web or mobile) or other supported clients that connect to our Model Context Protocol (MCP) service. The app helps you search stations and trains, view schedules and live status, check station boards, and look up PNR status when you provide a PNR. It is provided by Saifs AI and is for information only—it does not book, cancel, refund, or modify tickets.

This app is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Indian Railways or any government entity.

Data we collect and process (ChatGPT app), Claude

We process only what is needed to authenticate you, run your request, and operate the service securely:

• Authentication: an OAuth access token and an associated account user ID from our identity validation service, used server-side to authorize MCP tool calls.
• Tool inputs: parameters you (or the model on your behalf) send to a tool, such as station names or codes, train numbers, journey dates, routes (from/to stations), and a 10-digit PNR when you use PNR status.
• Optional client metadata: if the ChatGPT host sends MCP request metadata (for example client hints in tools/call parameters), we may use it only for compatibility, security, or troubleshooting; we do not return this metadata to you in tool results.
• Technical logs: timestamps, tool names, errors, and request parameters needed for security, abuse prevention, and reliability (logs may include the same search terms or PNR you submitted).
• We do not collect payment card data through this ChatGPT railway app. Website registration, Facebook login, Stripe billing, and similar practices described below apply to other Saifs AI products and pages, not to MCP tool calls unless you separately use those services.

Purposes of use (ChatGPT app), Claude

• To verify your identity and allow authorized use of the MCP connection.
• To fulfill your railway lookup requests and return the information you asked for.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and fix errors.
• To improve stability and support; we do not use your railway queries to sell personal data.

Recipients and sharing (ChatGPT app), Claude

We share data only as needed to provide the service:

• OpenAI / ChatGPT: hosts the conversation and routes tool calls; their privacy policy governs chat content on their platform.
• Saifs AI infrastructure: MCP and API hosts (for example transport-agent.saifs.ai and transport-api.saifs.ai) that execute tools and fetch railway data.
• Account validation: saifs.ai / multiplewords.com services that validate access tokens and associate them with a user ID (user ID is used server-side only).
• Railway data providers: third-party or internal backends that supply schedules, live status, station information, and PNR-related data for your query.
• Service providers: hosting, monitoring, or error reporting (for example Sentry when enabled) that process limited technical data under contract.

We do not sell your personal data.

What we return in tool responses

Tool responses are designed to contain only information needed to answer your railway request, such as:

• Stations, trains, routes, schedules, live running status, and station arrival/departure boards.
• For PNR status: the PNR you submitted and booking or journey status fields returned by the data source (which may include passenger, berth, or coach details linked to that PNR). Only submit a PNR you are authorized to look up.
• Widget metadata required by ChatGPT to display the in-chat UI (for example output templates and content security settings), not your account identifiers.

We do not intentionally include the following in tool responses to ChatGPT or the end user:

• Your account user ID, OAuth access tokens, or session identifiers.
• Internal debug payloads, raw upstream API dumps, stack traces, or server paths.
• Billing balance, subscription status, or other account settings unless a future product version explicitly shows them (none are required for railway lookup today).
• Telemetry or analytics identifiers unrelated to displaying your railway result.

Retention (ChatGPT app)

• Validated access tokens and user IDs may be cached in server memory for up to approximately one hour to reduce repeated validation calls, then expired or removed.
• Operational and security logs are kept only as long as needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal compliance, then deleted or aggregated.
• Chat message history is retained according to OpenAI's policies when you use ChatGPT; we do not control that retention.
• We do not retain OAuth tokens longer than necessary to serve your authenticated session.

Your choices and rights (ChatGPT app)

• You can stop new processing by disconnecting the app or revoking access in ChatGPT and your Saifs AI account settings.
• Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about your account or logs by contacting us below.
• Authentication and account management are handled through our identity and account services; you can manage sign-in and linked apps there where available.

Security (ChatGPT app)

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), validate tokens on the server, and limit use of identifiers to what is required to operate the MCP service. Payment card data is not processed through this railway lookup app.

Other Saifs AI website and mobile services

The following sections describe privacy practices for our website registration, social sign-in, payments, cookies, and other Saifs AI products. They apply in addition to the ChatGPT railway section above when you use those separate services.

Your Agreement

When registering on our site, we may collect your name, email address or other information to help you with your experience. In addition, we provide social network authentication with Facebook and Google. When signing up with one of these services, you authorize us to access the information available on those profiles, including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, profile picture, gender, location, website address, and email address.

This information is collected at the time you register for an account on our site, update your subscriptions, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to any marketing materials, or fill out any other forms present on our site.

If you choose to subscribe to one of our premium services, we may collect credit card or additional payment information from you. However, it's important to note that we do not store any of this payment information or process any of your payments on our servers, but rather use a third party payment service known as 'Stripe.' Therefore, any information regarding your payment processing and security must be verified in Stripe's own Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.

The payment processor, 'Stripe', may provide us with unique authentication tokens to make payments requests with. The payment processor 'Stripe' may also provide us with information such as your name, credit card type, expiration date, and the last four digits of your credit card number. This information is used only to make single payment requests, or register the user for an ongoing subscription that requires automatic payments in the future.

In addition, Saifs AI may also request and receive any payment history between the user and Saifs AI.

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Saifs AI is a facebook login app and we do not save your personal data in our server. According to Facebook policy, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions.

If you want to delete your activities for Saifs AI App, you can remove your information by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Setting & Privacy. Click "Settings"

2. Look for "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.

3. Search and Click "Saifs AI" in the search bar.

4. Scroll and click "Remove".

5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

Non Personal Information

Whenever you visit our site, we may also collect and store non personal information including but not limited to your IP address, location, browser, referral URL, and operating system. However, this information alone, without consent from you or form your internet service provider, cannot be used to identify you.

Use of Information

We may use or disclose the information that we collect from you in the following ways:
